So i had a full match and then afterwards went to a shooting arena. After 5 minutes in arena when i was back in lobby i clicked on start a match button. Amidst i was imposed with a penalty for not picking an agent. I been like wtf?????? i havent even queued myself for a match. Attach is a screenshot as a prove. Please stop this annoying bug or whatever it is.

Ok so it happened to me twice the time and now i know what is the cause. Actually I live in Pakistan and there is heavy load shedding, without any schedule. Amidst a match i faces load shedding and later when i join in i was struck with the same penalty yet once again. I swear this is the cause and this is not in my hand. We have UPS but not with big of a battery such that i run my computer on it. Please consider this, i dont know for other countries but this load shedding thing is every day problem. If you could make it fair enough to impose penalty that would be very appreciated.
