"High end" pc low/unstable FPS

Hi there the game gose from 200 fps to 90 to 120 all over the place i cant even get a stable 144 fps i dont know why
SPECS: intel i7 7700 16gb ram RTX 2060 SUPER gaming x
i tired alot of things like pressing F11 twice when the game starts but nothing is fixing the FPS .

skymonster Same here with 2070 SUPER and Ryzen 5 2600...

im playing on a laptop but since patch 1.04 and 1.05 fps is going crazy. More fluctuationa and fps drops.
I think its due the pach..
