There are many Indian people who play Valornt, personally I know over 30 people (yeah that is not a big number yes), my friends from CS GO, and others I have met in-game. We are all playing in Singapore and Hongkong server with 90 - 140 ping and going head to head with players with 30-40 ping, It isn't fair. Some games are very frustrating and we lose because of higher ping and lower hit registration
CS GO and TeamFortress 2 (Valve games from over 10 years ago) have dedicated Indian servers.
I am not sure why Riot never started a server in India even for league of legends, Yes I am a LoL player too and I play in EUNE, but let's keep LoL aside.
Please consider this humble request, if not soon at least down the road there should be plans to start servers in India
