Jett's E needs 2 kills, Reyna's OP healing needs 1

They both have their strengths and weaknesses, but I don't think you can argue that Jett's dash is nearly as good. Take her E down to 1 kill=dash reward so we can have a Genji rather than a troll pick. Don't get me wrong, I love Jett, she's my main but compared to other Agents she is lagging behind for such a fast character.

Tungsten As in, it takes more skill to use Jetts ability effectively as opposed to a heal. Thus, there is more room to outplay your enemy using Jetts ability.
