Only in Valorant: Really bad ping

And yea, I've a minimum of 40 ping in Valo and it drops up over to 100 sometimes.
Noone is in my network.
Its working in other FPS Games really fine, in CS I also use to have 9 ping.
Anyone knows a solution? I can't play with this ping

Go into the game, click the settings icon in the top right corner and then "About". In the game "Gameserver" you see 2 regions (server region and your country). If those don't match, change your region as y844kst already said.
