Frequent freezing at loading screen.

I always have these frequent game freeze at loading screen. I have a perfect and stable internet connection and a laptop that meets the minimum requirements.

Specs:
i3
Nvidia 930mx 2GB VRAM
4GB Ram

If it freezes at loading screen it turns black and I can still hear the background music and there I am stuck.
I always have these frequent disconnects and can't reconnect to the match so here I have a 4 hour ban on queue.

I'd rather play league this time cause it runs so smoothly in my laptop with no issues.

I hope devs at Riot Games will address this issue. I am a fan of both games btw.

Is this in the start of the game or the actual loading screen? If it’s the start of the game I’m having the same problem.
