According to the terms and services it's forbbiden:
Using unauthorized third-party programs, including “mods”, “hacks”, “cheats”, “scripts”, “bots”, “trainers” and automation programs that interact with the Riot Services in one way or another, whatever be its purpose, including unauthorized third-party programs that intercept, emulate or redirect communication between the Riot Services and unauthorized third-party programs that collect information about the Riot Services by reading memory areas used by the Riot Services to store information.
So I guess the use of macros is forbbiden.
