MATCH MAKING SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE FIXED

The match making is so ridiculous how isit fair putting Silver & Plat together, i'm not trying to be mean to those who are new or bad but who the hell wants to have their game spoiled every round and how can you ever learn playing with low elo if you're in mid/high elo, this why people tend to quit the game half way and get reported?
it just doesn't make sense. Do not forget that the players are also your "customers"

I just played a game where the enemy phoenix dropped 30 kills. He was gold 3 and he was hitting mostly head shots and to me, he seemed like he was on a alt account. Alt accounts just ruin the fun for other players who want to rank up. Also, he was with silver players who were doing better than a gold 3 player on my team. When people see a silver doing better than a gold, you would think that the gold is either boosted or just placed in the wrong rank. The matchmaking are really bad and they need to be fixed so that players go into a game with the same ranks as themselves.

I’m just gonna say I’m fed up with matchmaking. I’m not the best player in the world but I can pull my own weight in games. I have NEVER been carried a win in this game so far. I was gold2 and I fell to silver3. Whenever I lose I mostly end up somewhere on the top of the player charts... 1/3 of my games are me not moving an inch in rank as a result. This is not me being delusional or talkin bs. My game history is there. The most horrifying thing is that ranks are so random cause when the enemy plat player is their ace, mine is quite often the worst player in the game... even worse is they are paired with a silver player, WHICH assuming the ranked system is accurate should be worse than gold players anyway. Double trouble, thanks for that riot. But okay assuming the ranked system is crappy anyway I won’t take any offence in my fall from grace. Is the only way to progress In rank in this game to hard carry???

Also I just played 5 games of comp and won 4 out of the 5. The first game I got a greatly increase. The second was increased. The third was decrease. Fourth was slightly increased and the fifth was greatly increase. How did I not promote?

I watched a video yesterday of a dev of the game acctualy sayiing that the person responsible for the ranked system has left the company. and he admited that thats a huge problem. and that its of top priority to fix atm.
