Skinupgrade with radiant points ? Can you downgrade it again

Hello all,

Im thinking buying the new elderflame operator. I see you can upgrade the skin color into 4 other colors.
But the problem: I dont know which one I like the most.

If I upgrade to the dark one and I dont like it. Can I also downgrade it? Or do I unluck all previous colours?

If you want to get the "highest" color (in the list of the upgrades), you have to unlock every other upgrade before it. But once you unlocked a color, you can choose on which color-variant you want to use on that weapon (bottom right corner).
