  • 2 things I find irretating

1 - The sound:
I come from games where it's impossible to be completely quiet (e.g. Rainbow Six Siege). No matter what movement your character does, it makes a sound. It's still irretating for me that someone can sneak up behind me without noticing / getting any sound.

2 - Damage / Headshots:
I'm used to that when 1 shot hits your head, you're dead. No matter what weapon. Sometimes I hit someone in the head with a pistol, get the sound that I hit him and then I think he's dead, but he's not. That's confusing. (And then there is the Operator where you don't even need to hit the head).

Anyone else who got the same "problems" with this game?

the quality of the sound is from lack of enough speakers.

then there's the size of the sphere the sound is heard in its too large with the same sound.
i think having a shorter sound time its played might help with figuring out where the sound is coming from.

then you could add in a sound to the character blueprint or static mesh, in unreal, and the sound is louder the closer they come to you. give the sound a small enough sphere size and short enough play time for each footstep that hearing them would be easier. this way the sound clip would always play in the character for each foot step.

and i also don't like that headshots don't kill them and it takes a lot of bullets to kill someone. in csgo one clip takes out most of the other team.

The damage is pretty the same as in csgo (vandal = ak, phantom = m54, ghost = usp,....)

the sound could use some work. However, the damage is pretty straightfoward. if you look at the buy screen it shows how much damage a body or head shot will do at certain distances with each gun. some guns arent an instant headshot for good reason. if the classic was an instant headshot then thered be no reason to buy the ghost. if smgs and lmgs were an instant kill with a headshot someone could just spray and pray they get a headshot. it would take the emphasis off accuracy for those guns (i know they arent that accurate but in a gun fight against a vandal youd wanna get as many headshots in as possible to win). its a about balancing.

i think getting shot in the head would make you dizzy and shocked, that should happen i think, shoot the head and they go dizzy momentarily.

TobeySK I hate the sound too, but because you can barely hear it and some sound effects like the shoots sounds too load.

And sometimes I get scared when I get shot, because the game is silent and suddenly the shots are heard super loud. That's why I play while I listen to music now.
