Stuck in Plat1

Hello,

i started my first FPS in Valorant. In Beta my first Rank was Iron1 (My aim and general game sense sucked pretty hard).
Now i managed to improve that significantly and got to plat1. But recently it just feels like i am stuck. I sometimes get promoted to plat2 but then instantly demoted again. What can i do?

Depends. Whats your average eco rating and combat score? What role do you play? Do you understand the maps? Do you communicate effectively? There is a big difference from OMG HE SHOT ME WTF to 2 U-haul. Are you coordinating with teammates to setup peaks? Do you follow team buys? Are you body shotting or head shotting?

i try to communicate alot but i often encounter teams where 2-3 or maybe even 4 people in my team have no voice chat. Eco is pretty easy i guess, i just sometimes fuck it up with buying operator 2 times in a row and loosing it. Im working on it and should probably save in outnumbered situations.

And of course im always trying to headshot. VALORANT just sometimes feels like im playing like a "god" and then i have games where nothing hits... in dont know how else to describe it...
