DeathMatch improvements needed!

Hello I come from cs. And the deathmatch that we have right now in Valorant is just not good enough. Here is why. Most of the time I end up spending 40-20 secs looking for enemies and not finding any. And the encounters feel way to spread out.
Here is my Idea on how to fix it. Let community make custom Deathmatch maps. Then have A map test off where players join on the random selected deathmatch maps and at the end of like a week or so we get to vote the best maps and those maps stay. Also we can use the same maps that we have right now but we do need way more players in the game 10 is not enough. Either keep 10 and reduce the map size to parts that randomly get chosen or let community help with some cool maps. You have to remember that Great maps in cs were made by the community!
And Also the 10 minute timer and 30 kills is not enough. To solve that issue you can add custom preferences. such as choosing from 10 min - 30 min - 60 min DM match time with - 30 kill - 60 kills - 120 kills. Cause most of us want to spend at least an hour deathmatching and getting high kills to sharpen all the senses and being able to do 180's flicks and so on. I hope others agree. Cause I want to improve my aiming and shooting skills whom are lacking from quiting cs playing casual shooters for quite some time.

the biggest issue with deathmatch is its very luck based.... did you get teamed on?, did they spawn near you? did you get kill stolen?

thats the only thing wrong with it... they should of put a group of people to 1v1 each other in rounds with spectating that would of been smart but riot dont do smart things ever :S
