My teammate (28) and I (24) are looking for people to play unrated games with and have FUN.
People that don't give you headaches and that really just want to chill and get better together.
We are looking for non-toxic people, meaning no sexism/racism/lgbtphobia.

I really love Valorant and I think I can fairly say that I'm doing OK in it, but these kinds of behaviours just make me wanna go afk and focus on my Stardew Valley farm.

Well, the best thing you could do is mute them and keep playing instead of being AFK. Staying AFK doesn't benefit you.
What's more, you could be temporarily suspended. That's why it's better to keep playing and not pay attention to them.
