Would you rather have a game that is a blast to play,or fun to watch a group of guys play a difficult game with all the time and money in the world throw games,because why would you care if you get paid to play video games? your pretty much watching people being paid to lose.In terms of what needs to change it seems pretty simple to me get rid of the op,or at least nerf it and improve solo experience. What the hell is the point of video games if not have fun? To feed your ego?to find some self esteem? even if it makes sense to base a game on the pro meta, the next meta idea they had was to make post plant retakes impossible with killjoys nanoswarm? that is not a meta that is just broken.the pro meta will work fine if they nerf the op,I do not even see a defense for the operator,it is unbelievably easy to use ive seen little kids use it well,and there are not good enough ways to punish opers or counter them,on bind for instance if you smoke heaven there are many other places they can safely peek you without getting punished before taking down at least one guy.I get the idea behind trying to force your teammates to work together,but its not realistic,even for the pros because it means they can only play with their friends if they want to not get griefed by opers for no reason.you could say that pros can win in solo que,but they are basically baiting there teammates so they have a chance to win the round.It is pretty dumb if ask me.
