So i got demoted from b2 to b1 here is pic:

How can i get promoted back ik i m not good in this game but at least i should get back to b2 or i just need to win more games one more thing that i notice when i play with friend who is like super carry and i m last on our team i get 3 arrows is that normal but when i play solo its just like this... scores like 10/13/2 and i get 3 arrows idk.
