Why this ban lasts for 2 hours, dammit like usual ban for afk/DC? Is that punishment fair? When you leave in the middle of match, OK, no questions, you ruin the match to your team, you're deserve this one. But what your and opposite teams losing? 80 sec of time, nothing more. Then, every player gets matching to the other game momentaly. You even not waiting your queue again!
Why I can't pick agent? Main reason is I'm not satisfied with behaviour of my teammates in lobby in text/voice chat (toxic or they carry all sorts of nonsense etc) and for me is much better not to play with them and just go for the next match and probably play with the good ones.
Normal punishment for not choosing is might be 2-5 mins but not 2 hours.
