My skill may be limited, but I do try, even so I have played enough FPS to realise when someone is cheating. Vanguard tries its best BUT recently 2 out of 3 matches have had blatant cheating. Playercoming round corners and one shotting your team. Players who immediately come to where you are then one shot you... and a number more.
I actually bought the 'Season' pass as I was, I said 'WAS', having fun till the reality sad side of cheating reared its head, as is the case in many other games.
I fully understand that Anti-cheat programs can only try what they are programmed for, using algorythmic learning also, but when the game no longer is enjoyable due to the blatancey of cheaters then it time to stop. In my personal case anyway.
