I sort of understand why the operator is in comp/underrated.because they do not want the game to be about "who can rush the fastest". however i do not see the excuse to put it in deathmatch, its not like you can catch an oper off guard, they can see you on the minimap,so they just pre aim you and kill you before you even have a chance to shoot. what does the gun add to the deathmatch experience anyway, its not like it is a hard gun to use,i can train my 5 yr old niece to use it,most of the skill with op comes from gamesense and using it in the actual game, in deathmatch it is just racks up kills for no skill at all.why is the operator in deathmatch? riot might as well let reyna use her abilites,if riot is not going to make it a real game mode, out of it. also spike rush needs some work,I like the idea of putting a gun game, in valorant, but spike rush just is not what I am looking for. it should be more like call of duty, start with pistol rounds, and slowly work your way up to the bigger guns, this will help those, who only like rifle rounds,or people who just suck at pistol rounds.right now all we have to practice gunplay mechanics is deathmatch, and that is not cutting it. also spike rush is real short, now that deathmatch has been added,we do not need, another mode that is that short. i think the worry for riot is that if they add an awesome gun game mode people will stop playing competitive, but most people are casual players anyway,so you are really just making the game, unnecessarily bad for majority of your player base.spike rush already proved that a gun game is possible now they need to make that mode actually good.
