My question is simple, will Riot make a difference between actual AFK and disconnect due to things out of your hand or not?
In my last game I got a disconnect because "connection error please relaunch the client" error and I was away for maybe 30-40 seconds, still I was punished in the end for being 'afk' according to the game....
Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying actual afk'ers should get a slack but for those who get disconnected because the Riot client doesn't work properly why should we get punished for that?
Yes I know you internet provider having issues when you play is none of Riot's business but in cases where the Riot client fails for some reason or it's Riot's 'problem' in general I feel like the players shouldn't be penalized for that just because it's easier to punish everyone for any reason instead of having a system where if it's Riot's fault then you get off the hook.
