This is pretty controversial with the addition of Skye, but every sage main and many professional players agree the nerf to the heal was too much and had made it a mediocre class. Sage players have 2 relevant utilities, the wall, and the heal, while the wall is amazing for what it's intended to, after the nerf to sage's heal, it now only heals 60 hp and at a slow rate emitting a really obvious animation around the healed character which makes them an easier target to hit. Not to mention with a 30 second cooldown, you'll at best heal twice in an average round. With Skye having not only 100 health heals, but also having flash bangs, a controllable hound, and an ultimate better than cypher's, sage is almost not a viable option. To keep sage being a good class for new players, usable in competitive, and actually a good support, I propose the heal be 100 outside of combat at 5 hp/second. This will allow the heal to not be too effective to be used right before fighting, but also balance the class with Skye.
