I have a GTX 970 and an i7 950, and I average around 100-130 FPS on all low settings. However, my GPU only reaches 20-30% of utilisation, while my CPU reaches only 40-60%. I have had no trouble reaching 90%+ GPU utilisation in other games, but for Valorant it never goes above 30%. How can I fix this?
