I was in an Unrated queue and got a match, selected my agent but the opposite team dodged. While on the loading screen, my game just crashed, for reasons unknown. When I got back in the game, lo and behold, a 60 Minutes penalty.
Why does Riot have to penalise the player when the game client crashed? Also, why a 60 MINUTE PENALTY in UNRATED!
I understand why this penalty is there, but such a heavy penalty; for an Unrated queue? Shouldn't Unrated penalty be lower than Competitive penalties?
Also, in the case of dodging, if one of the players goes afk, for any reason, please give a vote system to the other players in the party or add a time limit before the system gets us another match. Why you ask? Cause sometimes, Post-Dodge queues gets you a match in a few seconds, but more times than not, it gets the match instantly, without giving ample time to cancel the match-making. This would help in solving the issues regarding Game clients crashing and getting a penalty when there's LITERALLY nothing a player can do.
Just my 2 cents.
