We are looking for serious players to join our Team B in the long term for Cosmic Esports. Goal of this team is give players a chance to build teamwork and rank up to Radiant, maybe progress into something more later on if the team is interested. I as the captain am already in multiple discords that hold scrims and tournaments that we can participate in once the team is full, that also includes having a coach to help us and doing scrims against the A team every week. This wont be my first time having/being on a team so I am confident with my experience on knowing what to do.
My requirements are:
Age must be 18+ (exceptions can be made depending on how well the interview goes)
Currently ranked within Gold 2 - Plat 1
Able to play on NAW/NAC servers
Open and serious to criticism and improving
Available to play almost everyday and also play outside of practice (schedule can be changed once the team is full)
Be patient (it takes time to make a solid team)
Don't be toxic
