I win 13-1 Match Mvp 15-7 and i get 24 but i lose a 9-13 and lose 27 this game makes no sense.
You lose more rating when you lose than you gain from a single win. This is so you need higher than a 50% wr to rank up, at least that's what I've noticed from riot 's games.
