Why Always -30RR in Low Elu? Please fix that .. Its hard to Grind! If we win only -17 to -19?

It's based on your combat score I believe, if you drop a lot of frags and get the win in the end, you're pretty much guaranteed upwards of 25rr. It depends on how harsh the loss is if you've had any previous punishment and so on.
Seriously man, I dropped from Silver 3 to Bronze 2 in a day, because even if I top frag (which was most of it) I lost rounds, because riot pairs me with people who don't know their agent or throwers. The system needs a fix man. And lastly, the rank system pairing too. When I was in silver I was even paired with an Iron III. A fckin Iron III. While my enemies all were silver.
Askewblaster I feel that part, solo queue is an absolute nightmare and I always seem to end up with teammates who have just installed the game for the first time. I often feel like they're boosted or just completely lucked out with ranking.

what they could do is create a profile summary for each player like dota 2 does and keep a track of their misconduct and punish accordingly... but then it requires a lot of effort from the devs and they probably got these suggestions already and are considering to fix this or add more content for players who wanna see something new... its tough being a game designer so just love the game and hope the devs keep up...
[unknown] that happens mostly i believe because those guys have good combat scores since they might have previously played fps games and are somewhat skilled at killing but don't have game sense, help them instead of fighting maybe it would work better that way

dinodylan I tried American Servers when I was still in America, and in my experience there are less boosted players there. They communicate well and execute regardless of ranks. But when I came home to SEA specifically Singapore servers. I was oofed to death. The matching here is "where how and WHY?". I was Bronze III when they made me face a Gold player, and a couple of silvers. While on my team we were all bronze. I,II,III.

I also have the problem of winning for 17-19 RR and losing for 23-30 RR. There should be a change to this.
