Hello readers,
My name is RolliStromboli, and I am the founder of ShadyBunchGaming, a brand-new organization founded at the beginning of this year. SBG is a team built on the following themes: confidence, innovation, and camaraderie. On behalf of the team, I am happy to be writing this for you all to see.
SBG is looking to recruit its inaugural team – in Valorant! Valorant is the insanely fun and competitive shooter that is taking FPS gaming by storm. With a vibrant and ever-growing competitive scene, it is a perfect time to enter into the game and grow alongside it.
As a smaller organization, we are mainly looking to have a team participate in online events and tournaments (i.e., Battlefy, Game.tv, Juked.gg., etc.). As the team develops, the events attended will be reevaluated and higher goals will be set, but for now – dominating smaller events is what we hope to accomplish in this early period.
Here is what we are looking for:
• Required:
o A full five (5) man roster.
o A coach.
• Preferred but optional:
o At least one (1) substitute player.
Who we are seeking:
• Any players looking to start their competitive career or players looking to test competitive waters and play consistently with a team.
• Pre-established teams, as well as single or duo players are welcome to fill out the form.
• Players who are confident in their abilities and are willing to develop and test unusual tactics or strategies.
• Players who take their game seriously but do not take themselves too seriously.
What we will provide:
• A dedicated team manager, who will operate as the main point of contact between the team and the organization.
• I will preface by saying that, if accepted, the position is NOT PAID. The organization does not currently have the ability to pay its players/coaches. HOWEVER, whatever winnings that come to the team will be shared equally between them WITHOUT SBG taking a cut.
• As things develop with the organization, we will provide and make more things available to our players/coaches.
