Hello,
Sometimes when I try to play competitive or other game modes like spike rush or unrated, I wait to be queued into a match, i get "Match found" and then there is the countdown, then i go to the map loading screen, for the whole duration of the "agent select time" then i get sent back to the lobby with a penalty. I get more penalty the more and more this happens. Occasionally i get loaded in but thats a rare occasion. Im looking forward to fixing this problem. I've checked my internet connection (its good), I've turned off all background apps (it didnt work) and many other things but none of them work! I read somewhere that i should re-install riot vanguard and i want to know if that would help. If thats not the case, please tell me whats wrong. Thank you in advance!
