Compensation for competitive afk teammates?

Why is it that an afk only receives a ban and the players in the game do not get compensation. It is almost a guaranteed loss when the game has afk teammates. Why is it the players get punished for afk teammates and they dont get any compensation.

The scoring system of this game is downright demotivating. I played 3 games today:

lost: toxic team, in the last round, we played 2 vs 5. In this game i planted the most spikes for my team. Did not say anything offensive to anyone, anything i said was constructive.. Score: -30
won: i wasnt mvp, but was second on the scoreboard. Score: +17
lost: with 11 to 13 rounds. Score: -27

How is any of that fair??? This is spoiling the fun i get out of this game.
I am always constructive, never toxic so i guess people dont report me or anything ...
