My setup is pretty old...

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 380

RAM: 16GB Corsair

Checking on https://pc-builds.com/cyri/Athlon_X4_860K/Radeon_R9_380/0C60TO/ shows that I should be able to run this game comfortably on Low or Medium yet even on low and everything low i get 30 frames yet as soon as i get into a gun fight it drops to about 5fps and makes the game unplayable. All my drivers are updated the only background programme I have on is Discord and it still happens without discord on.

Any help would be great as I really would like to play this damn game lol thanks.
