Before saying anything regarding following game, I must say that I ain't hardcore gamer, but I do dedicate to computer relatively a lot of time including gaming as well. There for "review" that is going to be posted isn't written by an amateur, but quite experienced person, of course from subjective point of view.
I also feel that I should add that I had master guardian 2 rank on cs go, elo on faceit 1300+. Not great not terrible, but I would like to believe that numbers quite higher than average. I think it was important to mention my rank in close in terms of gameplay style game, to add value to review I'm about to post. Beside CS GO I am also playing a lot of other games as well, range of variety is huge, start with civilisation and end with POE.
In total I played around 20-30 hours and overall, I must admit that I liked game if graphics and physics considered. I didn't like overwatch at all and couldn't handle game even for couple hours for example. Range of characters in valorant and their mechanics feel relatively balanced and I do not have any suggestions or complaints regarding this aspect of the game.
But beside everything what stated above, game goes to trash can because I have not enjoy it for more than 1 hour in a row. Out of 3 games 2 played with 1 or 2 leavers, if you consider that some games had 2 players left almost each game statistically were 4 vs 5. Each second game had "that toxic guy" who is starting to blame everyone after 1 lost round and eventually that guy will be a leaver. I know that you cannot win everything and as I said above I do not belong to 1% immortal players, but in this perspective game didn't give me a chance to challenge it was lost since 1st minute. 1 day of such gameplay might be a bad luck (though I do not believe that luck exist). 2 days of such gameplay could be a coincidence, but 3 days in a row I just cannot handle it.
Game is beautiful, I'm not trying to say that everything in this game is bad, but that community/punishment system/selection system feels very bad. Although my journey with this game is over for sure, I really hope that addressed issues will be fixed in the future.
