Hi! i'm new here i just wanna ask or clarify something about my rank. My rank right now is currently Bronze 3. But my previous act rank was silver 3, After the patch i notice that my rank has not been reset its still silver 1 when i leave it on act 2. Why is that? I didnt play 1 act rank matches to determined my rank. i need 10 win lol, Hope you can help me
