Guys, i need some help! Recently, I just got a notification stated that I got permanent suspended from playing Valorant again. I was shocked cause it told me that I had installed cheats, malware and etc. The thing is I DID NOT INSTALLED ANY OF THOSE NOR CHEAT IN THE GAME EVER SINCE THE RELEASE OF THE GAME... I even tried to go to the Riot Games Support to settle this matter but to no avail.... They kept on telling me that my account was confirmed that it has cheats, malware or etc. Furthermore, they didn't want to elaborate on the matter at all. By the way, I have been playing the game using mobile hotspot ever since the release and then I heard from my friends that I could get a 'force positive ban'(I guess that's what it's called) if I were to do so. This is so unfair. I don't know what to do guys, what should I do? Please help me.

Hello bro, I got banned for no reason as well, the Valorant support is the most stupid thing that could ever exist. I have even tried to say that if you download a "Mouse Curve" you will get a suspension, they just don't care. Especially the "Dead Eye" supporter, I think he really has deadeye he just can't read the message I had sent several times. I still sending tickets until they answer me and give me a proper explanation why I have been banned. Stay strong bro

I also just got banned today. I was playing the night before, and everything was fine. Then I got on the next day to find out my account was permanently suspended for 3rd party software. yet I never touched a third party software. I have used valorant tracker but RIOT GAMES MADE THAT. So I really don't understand what happened.

Bro same I just returned from work and boom I got banned from valorant but for no reason, I got completely confused I asked my friends if my account was in game or something just Incase it got hacked but no it was the same match history with when I last played , I never hacked , I was never toxic , was lightly salty but didn't give any harsh comments ,I do not understand why riot banned people who do not deserve this and without giving an explanation

Same here, got banned yesterday for third party software without of course using it. Sent a ticket and from their "investigations" I was using cheats so... Why are they doing nothing even when so many people get banned for the same reason??

Listen everyone, I'm sorry your accounts have been banned. and yes, it is very wrong that riot had not thoroughly look into your accounts which is bad on their part, but on the other hand riot has millions of requests come in at the same time and lots of hardware to look through and some employees won't care to listen or thoroughly look through your accounts I'm sure if you give them time, they'll check thorough your accounts. Hi there, i've been banned for 2 years in counting now for third party suspension. I was radiant peaked 15 and 55 putting thousands of dollars and hours into this account to stream on twitch to bring some type of income for my sisters and brother. I truly is ugly how the riot devs treat us/their community. Within a day of pushing 3 tickets with paragraphs and photo proof of my games, They quickly responded without reading anything or going though anything I said. instead they trusted their anti cheat(which is none for not being the greatest). The valorant community needs some justice with false bans. I do not condone cheating what so ever, we just need a better ban system/ban appeal system. There are thousands of players cheating obliviously and not getting banned, but people who are playing the game and working hard are, i see kids throwing and they dont get banned but the second u say something to them your instabanned. This game is a great game overall, but it is slowly dying because of your anticheat and devs.

haha, i got this random permanent suspension, too! Unlike everyone else, I only played a few times and didn't even do all that well, stopped playing for a while, then BAM! I was moving games to a new SSD and found out I was suspended 😅
