Is it Viper post plant play broken?

oh man oh man oh man...where to start...🙂 I don't think that viper is broken or OP, but just her post-plant plays are too strong. Brimstone has one moly, not a big deal, KJ has 2 Nanoswarm strong? yes but u can destroy them but Viper there is no counterplay. Thoughts?

Dellcal weeks sho everyone would have said that viper is useless. After the buff she was/is some kind of op. That’s riots way to ‚implement‘ viper again in the game. I think we just have to deal with this sone more days or weeks and then there will be another broken agent/ability
