huge input lag in main compared to my alternatives accounts

Hello,
im posting today because i suffer from input lag in my main account. I created a smurf today and he feels more responsive than my main. i dont have a lot a of skins (about 20) in my main and at least 3 friends in my social windows, so i dont understand why my game feels so sluggish/unresponsive compared to my alt acc.

=> the diff acc got the same video settings but not the same fps...

please riots , fix this. Im not the only one to get this bug. Most of players report this.

I am posting here for the second time because i cant play on my main account. I have a huge input lag compared to my smurf, i have some skins on my main but
performance are really bad.
Mouse feels sluggish / unresponsive.

I got the same settings with main/alt acc on video parameters and 100 fps below my main.

Please, can you tell me what should i do to remove this input lag ?

i spend 60 euros on this account. i want to tranfer skins on my alternative acc !!!!!!!!!!
