"This game is not available on your operating system" Error

I just installed Valorant for the first time and even though I'm on Windows 10 with the latest updates, the Play button in the launcher is grayed out and it is showing the error "The game is not available on your operating system". Vanguard appears to be running as it is showing up in the system tray.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, running as administrator, and tried googling the problem. A number of Youtube videos say to just delete this specific folder in local, but that folder doesn't even exist for me, so I don't think that is the solution here.

Anybody have any ideas for this? I sent a ticket to Riot, but they said they are experiencing high volumes and response may be slow, so I figured I'd ask around about it.

I have the same issue and have no idea what to do. This is really weird. Nothing could solve my problem cause I don't have that folder and other solutions didn't work for me -_- And even when I wanted to re-install it, before completion of the download, I get the error again!

Hi faced the same problem. Here's what I found and what worked for me. First, download the Revo Uninstaller and first remove Vangward from it, and then remove Valorant, after removing the Valorant, Revo offer to search for the remaining files, we agree and delete everything that it offers you, and from the registry and folder, reboot the PC. Then we put the game with administrator rights. After installation, go to the firewall and add Riot Client Services there, then look for a folder in the program files folder with the name Riot vanguard and add vgc and vgtray to it. Then we save and reboot again. After that, it worked for me. With love from Russia.
