There's no need for additional info in this ticket, as we've already verified you as the creator of this account.
I can imagine this is not a pleasant situation for you, to say the least. As previously explained, this accounts represents a risk for the community and thus had to be permanently suspended. I wish there was a different way but I'm afraid there isn't. : (
Again, we notified you the last time we recovered the account to you that we won't be able to recover it again, so you should take very good care of it. At the end of the day, you are responsible for your account's security since you are the one who's in control over the account's password, info and the email linked to it.
Since the account ended up being compromised again, after we warned you that you should protect it, as we won't be able to recover it again, we were left with no other choice but to shut it down.
I'm afraid that it's not possible for this ban to be lifted, so even if you manage to regain access to it, it will remain banned, due to the risk that it presents to the community, based on its past.
I hope this clears things up a bit. Again, I wish there was another way but sadly, there's nothing that can be done now. : (
