The Valorant Penalty system has to be changed (at least in some cases).
Why?-It makes the experience for people under 18 worse, becausethey cant controll when their parents call them. It is really frustrating to have to decide between a few hour unranked and 7 day ranked ban or the punishment parents give for not listening to them.
-The punishment for unranked is way to hard because you can get 2 hour bans really quickly and it will reset ur ranked ban for example u got a 7 day ranked ban and it is almost over, you play unrenked and have to go really quickly (for example if your parents call you) and ur away for just a single round and poof! 7 days u have to wait again.
-Sometimes you just cannot avoid leaving for example if your connection breaks off or vanguard crashes.
What happened to me?-riot vanguar crashes:-i got two riot vanguard crashes in 3 ranked games which gave my 7 day ban from ranked-next day vanguard crashed again in unranked and i had to restart my pc and the 7 days were reset-connection issues:-because of the current em which had the first game today (the day i wrote this) wich caused my connection to break for a few minutes which gave me a new 7 day ban.
What should be changed?The penalty for unranked should be way lower:, for example just give people up to 1 hour bans and dont fully reset the timer for ranked matches and just increase it for like 1 day again.Lower the penalty for vanguard crashes and connection issues as they are not avoidable.
what would be the benefits for riot?-More people under 18 will play the game
-New players get a better game experience as it sux when you just play unranked and get a 1 hour ban.
And im not the only one that has this opinion, as there are a TON of forum threads and posts
