Yeah I totally agree with you I have the same experience when playing Valorant. For me, I only play on the weekends and only when I genuinely want to play, and after each game, I take a few moments to pay attention to how I feel, and decide whether to queue another game or to take a break based off that. I mostly cap it at 3 games, because after that I start to get tired and lose my concentration and not have as much fun, (while my brother can sometimes play 9 games a day, 'cuz he's a BEAST!) But this really isn't a competition about how many games you can play in a day (unless you're trying to rank up fast, of course.) What works for me is to listen to my body, to know my limits and respect them, and to take a break for a few weeks if I need to, so I don't burn myself out. I know that way too many players lose sight of this in the heat of the moment, when they're tilt-queuing and not really enjoying themselves, and I'm glad to hear that you've found a balance that works for you and allows you to perform at your best. Because after all, the numbers don't matter that much, and Valorant is just one video game out of many great ones, and games are supposed to be fun.
