If what you mean by "Does skin matter you skill", is does buying a skin proves you have skills or gives you skills then the answer is no. I've only bought one skin ever and only one battlepass. I'm not the best player ever and prefer unranked to just have fun, but getting a skin doesn't prove anything. If anything, it just shows dedication to Valorant and that you value the game.
