Quality of Life Changes. What would you like to see?

I enjoy Valorant, but there's some things I would be very happy with to see. Per agent keybinds would be great, especially for Raze and Jett due to movement abilities. It would also be nice for Vanguard to whitelist drawing tablet drivers (such as Huion or Wacom) so that they can be left plugged in/running while Valorant is running.
What are your thoughts?

A Map Selection Option when queueing up similar to CS:GO because I am beyond done getting breeze and icebox constantly. I hate playing on them and dodge almost everytime at this point. I will take the timer and go play something else while I wait. Its an easy option but I feel it wont happen because then so little people would play on certain maps
