cs technically has nothing to do with it. ur problem is that you probably have no basic knowledge of fps fundamentals, and cs happens to be the game that relies on that the most. therefore cs players tend to have much stronger foundations than other fps players. this game borrows a lot from csgo so its similar. people that care about their skill level and put in effort to learn the basics of fps will do well even without csgo experience. im talking crosshair placement, positioning, aim, game sense etc.
also, there is hidden mmr in this game. i have a friend who has NEVER played an fps before and he can easily drop 25 kills every once in a while in his mmr and carry a game. he comes into my mmr and goes 1-20. so if you are unable to play the game at all even in what i can only assume is a low mmr that says more about you than it does about csgo players. the good csgo players that can ACTUALLY make this game unplayable for you if you dont know the basics will not be in your mmr.
