Hello,
first of all I got a (7day) voice/chat restriction because i am stupid. But when I wrote to the Valorant Support i got following answer (abstract):
"And when it comes to your suspension..
We recently introduced a new system that is supposed to help encourage players to keep our games a friendly, open place, but there were some issues with the rollout. We're going to reverse your suspension and rest assured we'll be working to iron out the wrinkles with this system before we roll it out again. please note it can take up to 48 hours for the penalty to be removed."
So I was happy while waiting 48 hours to play again. I postponed several business meetings today to play. But when i noticed after 48 hours, my restriction is still active, I got following answer after asking what's going on:
"Really uncomfortable that you got banned again!"
I was thinking about: "Wtf? How can you actually write this? How can I get banned while I am not able to play? It is the same ticket, the same (7day) restriction and I did not play the past 48 hours.
So I explained all this facts to the Support again and I get again a confusing answer:
"These 48 hours, which my colleague mentioned, generally apply to this blocking.
You passed this 2-day ban last month.
This is the first penalty before you receive the 1-week ban"
And again I am thinking: "Wtf? I know that i had a 2 day restricition already, otherwise i would not have a 7 day restriction. Nobody is talking about this. Your colleague told me to remove the 7 day restriction within 48 hours... so wtf??"
So I tried to explain it again.. and see what just happened:
"I am sorry to read that this ban has occurred! I apologize for the inconvenience!"
And now I am like: "WTF? Did this guy even read what the conversion is about?"
I mean, if they don't remove the restriction, why not just say it? Why the fuck are you telling me you will remove it within 48 hours and then literally do nothing (not even inform me about you change your mind). And now im sitting here, losing money in real life and the valorant support is not even going into the conversion and just say "Sorry for the restriction"....
