Incompatible software\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\DisplayFiles.sys

Hello! I got this error "VANGUARD NOT INITIALIZED Incompatible software\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\DisplayFiles.sys" after I installed Valorant from my Windows 10 Version 21H1 with OS Build 19043.1110.
I have an Intel i3-9100f processor with 8GB RAM and GT 1030 Graphics card.

Every time that I open the Valorant game, it always stuck on that error. I have updated my graphics card and other drivers. I also updated my Windows 10 but nothing happened.

I tried to re-install the Valorant game and deleted the Valorant folder as well as the Vanguard folder. Restarted my computer after the re-installation but still, I got the same error.

I also checked the vgc on the services.msc but I am unable to start it as I encountered an error saying "Error 1: Incorrect function".

I am really frustrated right now. Please help me.
