There's a few things to consider when wall banging, like the penetration value of the gun and the type of wall you're shooting through.
You can penetrate some walls and get a 1 tap through it with a vandal, and you can't do that through other walls.
Issue is that it's pretty inconsistent. I know they probably have like an algorithm that determines how much damage should be done and all that, but it feels inconsistent.
As for the run and gun, I never had that issue, so I find it weird when people complain about it. Yes it happens with SMGs, but in CS is worse if you ask me. Getting ran over by an MP9 feels 100% worse than getting killed by a running stinger imo
And for the rifle run and gun, most of the time is a ping issue. Like if the enemy has 80+ and they peek you, it will look like they're running and shooting. Kinda sucks, but it's an internet issue on your end or on your opponent's end
