If there's a dude who has like 20 kills and has an HS% of 8 and another dude with 20 kills with 18% HS will they be placed in the same rank? Or does higher HS% percentage makes a huge difference and helps one to be placed in a higher ELO?
no im pretty sure its just wins and avg combat score
