Disable full screen Optimization for valorant.exe and/or VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe does not work in windows 11. Manually or by registry keys valorant is capped at the monitors refresh rate. All settings correct in nvidia control panel/exe settings, in-game settings, xbox and game bar switched off and a whole bunch of registry keys to globally disable fullscreen Optimizations imported (as they were for windows 10).
I have both windows 10 and windows 11 dual boot, and the settings are identical, windows 10 does uncap and windows 11 will not. I suspect Microsoft are stepping up there mission to force game settings down users throats, they seem to really like fullscreen Optimizations> in principle it seems good and for many games I would imagine it might be good, but for competitive games, high fps/low input trumps these changes by Microsoft.
Thoughts ? -Has anyone else tried windows 11, -come across this issue, -has a fix / suggestion?
