as somebody who played way too much csgo in 2016-2017 (3 globals and A+ in esea) i can understand the frustration with teams in valorant. when i load into this game i just assume that my teammates are going to be useless and ill have to do everything. if my teammates get upset with me without bothering to look at the scoreboard and see that im dropping 20 in the first half i do get somewhat toxic with them. that being said im seeing way too many forum posts about terrible players, there is no point in complaining about that in the forums for a couple of reasons.
its expected. many of the players in this game are from league of legends and have no idea what an fps is. im actually coaching a few league players right now just so they can learn the very BASICS of fps.
this game DOES HAVE MMR IN UNRATED. my point here is that if you are really so much better than your teammates you should be able to carry the games and get yourself out of the hell you say you are in. if you are unable to carry games with players as horrible as the ones i keep seeing people describe then you lowkey belong there. in theory you should hard carry 1/10 of every game that you play in your own mmr. if you are better than your own mmr you should be hard carrying a few out of every 10.
if you waste less time complaining and spend 15-30 minutes practicing ur aim every day before you play you will undoubtedly improve and no longer have this issue after a few weeks or a couple of months. friberg has a great video about how to do this on youtube, or you can simply use the valorant practice tool on whatever setting you cannot pass 20/30 on. the valorant bot practice isnt as good because there is no vertical adjustment required but it works to a certain extent. focus on your own gameplay and you will improve and be happier.
