Hacked then Banned

Hello I wish somebody there could help me
I tried to open my valorant a while ago but apparently it got suspended permanently because of third party hacks which I didn't do. I wrote a ticket to the support claiming that I haven't tried any third party hacks of whatsoever. but they said the investigation of the anti cheat team is is final. then I go to tracker gg and I saw someone used my account last 12 am with 40-50% headshot which leads me into thinking I got hacked and banned because of that. so I tried replying to the support about me being hacked but again the support says there is nothing they can do as the investigation is final. 🙁

What if this actually happened though?
Is the Anti Cheat team expected to see it was suddenly a different IP address during their investigation and then suspect they might've been hacked? But now that I think about it, this could be mimicked by simply using a VPN I guess. Sadge.

Sadly these things can happen for real, it is the sad truth. Any large company will straight forwardly tell you that the security of your account is your own responsibility.

snuggielol lol then you don’t know anything, this is very common and has happened to me personally, my account was hacked and when I logged in someone else was playing. I immediately changed the password bit still got the ban for using third party apps but fortunately I have screenshots of my friend who ping to that guy ingame asking who are you this is my friends account and he replied that he has just bought the account from some internet site.

notfke Yeah, the proof would be in the account IP logs. But then again, that might not be useful if the IP leads to a VPN. Not sure how useful it might've even been if the IP leads to a legit random IP across the globe that isn't a VPN, lol.

It just happened to me, My friend told me that I was inviting you, and you didn't respond, I said what? Because I was gone for like more than 4 months, when I tried to login, I got that Message of a permanent ban, because of third-party software, I just want to know How I can Prove to The Support that it was actually not me, Can I show my IP address? my PC specs ? screenshot of the programs I have installed? Matches History ? I need help, guys, and I thank you all.
