Secure Boot off Windows 11

Is it really the case that you cannot play Valorant on Windows 11 when having Secure Boot off?
If so then this really needs a fix, because you can play Valorant with Secure Boot off on Windows 10, which basically means that upgrading to Windows 11 handicaps you for no reason.

If you ask why i have Secure Boot off, its because i have a GRUB Bootloader installed in order to dual boot into Ubuntu.

We just purchased a brand new PC from Best Buy that had this error. Seems all new Best Buy PCs have Windows 11 and I need to know which ones have secured boot enabled. We attempted to enable it on the new PC and it completely bricked it.

In order to fix it, apparently, we would have had to install a cpu with integrated graphics because the cpu in that PC wasn't shipped with a graphics chip.

I just returned the PC.
