So the past 3 weeks, I've been experiencing bans on and off while trying to launch VALORANT. I thought I had issues with my internet and even called my ISP to help solve the issue, but there was nothing wrong with my internet. I reach out to Riot support for VALORANT to resolve the issue. Apparently I received a HWID ban on my account for 120 days for "cheating" accusations. I was told there was an investigation done on my system and there was a "confirmed 3rd party software" on my computer and they went through with the ban. When I asked what software was it, that I was supposedly cheating with and where they pulled the information from to back their reasoning behind the ban with actual evidence, they said they couldn't tell me. I have evidence to prove that there isn't any cheating software on my computer. What's even more confusing is that I've been playing VALORANT since beta on the same exact system and have continued to play after the full release and I have had ZERO ISSUES while I played. So why now? I haven't installed any 3rd party software aside from what I've already had installed on my computer. When a program like Vanguard anti cheat is REQUIRED to play VALORANT and their anti cheat hasnt detected a single thing is what's very confusing to me. What could they possibly find that Vanguard couldn't and why was I allowed to play the game since beta and launch and never receive any warning or message that I was cheating (which is in the game when someone is detected of cheats ad the game is terminated). The timing and reasoning for this ban doesn't make any sense, its too vague to be justified and I want to prove my innocence and appeal this ban.
